GP ReCyko , like regular batteries, can be used immediately after purchase. However, they have the advantage over them that they can be used even in modern equipment. They work great in flashlights, remote controls, clocks, radios, etc. The technology, called Ready2Use (ready to use), makes the battery functional and ready for use after charging, even after several months. This is a low self-discharge rate. As a result, they can be used immediately without the need to recharge.
