The presented rechargeable battery is an unprotected Li-ION rechargeable battery XTAR INR20700 3000mAh. The cell has no electronic protection against overcharging and deep discharge. Use only processor chargers with a charge cut-off at no more than 4.2V to charge the battery. Do not allow the battery to be discharged below 2.5V. Do not allow the terminals to be short-circuited.
